What is the maximum allowed size for uploaded files?
The maximum filesize you can upload depends on what account you registered. Files with a larger filesize than the allowed maximum will be rejected.

Can I resume broken downloads?
Yes, but only if you own a Premium-account.Premium-account support download-accelerators. Those programs support resume of broken files and even segmented downloads. This means, you can download the same file with many streams, resulting in higher download-speed.

Can I delete my uploaded files?
Sure you can! After your upload, you will get two links. The download-link, which you give to everyone you want, and a delete-link, which you keep for yourself. Just click on the delete-link and your file will be deleted immediately.

I have upgrade to Premium account, Why is my download slow?
Please make sure you have enabled cookies on your browser.Since our system recognize Premium download by cookie.Also make sure you do not have software installed, which blocks sending of cookies. Some firewalls for example like to do this.

How many images can I upload?
The number of images you can upload depends on the type of account you have. Please see our account comparison table on the services page for further details. Note that there is no limit on the number of uploads you can do, just on the number of images stored in your account at any one time. This limit may be set by the storage space we give you, or a set maximum number of images. You can delete images from your account at any time to make room for new ones.

Do you support mutiple files upload?
Yes,We have enougth upload methods for your choose.
1.Common Upload:you can upload mutiple files by click "Add Files".This will generate the upload field dynamically,then click "Host It".
2.Applet Upload: this is a great tool to upload mutiple files.Very easy to use and powerfull.Don't forget the applet can "capture the screen" and upload them,this is very usefull to show something on your computer to others.Right click below "Stop Upload" button,will pop up a menu with "Capture screen" link,click it and then follow the directions alerted by applet.
3.URL Upload:You can enter a live image on the web to upload to our server without download.Note:it don't support dynamical image url,for example,http://othersite.com/images.php?id=1 will give errors,only http://othersite.com/truename.jpg is a valid url.

Are there any types of image that are not allowed our Image Host?
Yes. Any images that contravene our terms and conditions may not be uploaded to your account. We reserve the right to delete without any notice any images which we believe violate our terms and conditions, and to suspend or terminate the accounts of any members who upload images that violate our terms.

Which UPLOAD RULES have to be followed? (Terms of use)
* No files with illegal contents, for example pornography, child pornography, racist material and/or unauthorized copies of copyrighted material. This statement of categories is not the completed list.
* We will not tolerate any abuse of our servers for copyright violations and reserve the right to delete any file that has been uploaded and/or distributed in violation of German or international copyrights. Copyright protected content may especially not be distributed to third parties (for example by publishing links to copyright protected files on other websites).
* We will therefore delete any copyright protected file that we find on Internet Forums, warez-sites, etc.

Which DOWNLOAD RULES have to be followed? (Terms of use)
* Free users have to enter some letters before the downloads start in order to have the permission to use the infrastructure of RapidShare for free.
* Free users may only download a certain amount of Megabytes per hour. If this amount is exceeded, a message will appear.
* If a free user violates this terms of use, RapidShare has the right to permanently ban the free user from the RapidShare network.
* People writing programs with the goal to violate our terms of use will be made fully responsible for the financial losses/damages.

How do I sign up for an account?
You can sign up for a free account on the sign up page. You need to choose a username and password that you will use to upload images to your account. We also require you to enter a valid email address when you join. We send a confirmation email to this address with instructions on how to activate your account.

Can I sign up for more than 1 account?
Free accounts are limited to 1 (one) per individual. If we catch anyone abusing this limit, we may delete all their accounts without any notice.

How do I access my account?
Once you have signed up and confirmed your account, you can login to it on the login page. While logged in to your account you can Form upload,URL upload files,>,FTP upload files, browse the files you have already uploaded, get the urls required to download/delete the files.

How do I upgrade to a paid account?
If you have outgrown the features provided by our free account, you can upgrade to a paid account on the upgrade page. Payments are accepted through PayPal,E-Gold,Moneybookers and in most cases your account will be upgraded automatically after payment.

How do i admin my galleries?
Gallery is a usefull tool to group the related images.After logined,first you need to create a gallery,then go to gallery upload page to upload images.
Tips:Pack your images in a zip file and use "zip upload" to upload in one time.
